I had a water pump failure and had Justin and his guys fix it. 6 months later the new pump went bad. Justin covered it all. It was a faulty impeller shaft from the manufacturer. Justin gave me a loaner and fixed everything under his warranty, no questions asked. It wasn’t his fault, it was the manufacturer of the pump, but he didn’t push me off or pass the buck. If you want a shop that is going to be fair and HONEST. Then it’s Justin at motivworks. Ty

Nothing worse than starting your day with a nail in your tire. I called Motiv since I drive past the new location daily and saw it was finally open. They told me to pop in and they’d look at it. 45 minutes later I was all fixed up and handed back my keys with a smile. Customer service is a big deal these days and MotivWerks was top notch!! I found my new place 🙂
